Description:

SquadStack.ai is hiring an AI Agent Product Manager to join its core engineering and product headquarters in Noida. Positioned at the intersection of enterprise product strategy, generative AI prompt engineering, and C-level technical consulting, this role owns the end-to-end implementation and scaling of global Voice AI Agents for major consumer enterprises. Moving beyond traditional, passive feature management, you will function as a builder-consultant—directly mapping intricate business workflows, writing and evaluating complex prompting logic, and running fast-velocity feedback loops with engineering squads to build new product capabilities that automate thousands of high-value sales conversations daily.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in AI Implementation, Technical Product Management, Strategy Consulting, or Solutions Engineering—ideally embedded within an AI-native company or adjacent high-scale enterprise domain.
• Strong technical acumen with hands-on, practical capabilities in designing AI agent structures, configuring multi-turn conversation logic, and fine-tuning prompt blocks for deterministic results.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building mechanics, with proven comfort advising VP and C-level enterprise executives, aligning software roadmaps with business milestones, and leading solution demonstrations.
• Highly skilled at capturing ambiguous enterprise processing paths and systematically decomposing them into robust, rule-bound automated conversational models.
• Proven background running metrics-driven feedback pipelines directly into Product and Engineering wings to triage real-world runtime frictions and accelerate product adoption.
• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
